Appointment Policy

No appointment is necessary. Clients are served on a walk-in basis.

We do ask that you call us at (509) 547-3577 so that we can plan ahead for your arrival.

Cases will be seen based on the needs of the patient. Emergency cases will always receive top priority followed by less critical patients.

Accounting Policy

Mid-Columbia Pet Emergency Service (MCPES) requires full payment at the time that services are rendered. After your pet is seen by the veterinarian on duty you will receive a detailed estimate. You will be asked to sign a consent form allowing MCPES to begin treating your pet.

Mid-Columbia Pet Emergency Service does not offer any in-house billing options.

If you are due a refund and paid with a credit card we will credit the same card that you paid with. If you paid with cash, MCPES will issue you a check and will mail to your mailing address within 7 days.
